We have 3 levels of stylists: Young Stylist, Stylist, Master Stylist.
These levels are based on the experience of the stylist, however, no stylist is permitted to take clients until trained and approved by Michelle Tanner, Owner & Creative Director. We stand behind the quality of work of all our stylists.

We recommend that you rebook with every appointment to avoid missing out on your preferred team member. We understand that its not always possible to know your future schedule, so if prebooking is not an option we advise to book 2-3 weeks ahead for Young Stylists/Spa Therapists and for more senior stylists we recommend at least allowing 4-5 weeks notice. We do however have last-minute cancellations so please don’t hesitate to contact us in the chance something is available.

Yes! We guarantee all of our work and if you are not happy with your service then we have a 2 week policy for you to contact the salon so we can make an adjustment. Your feedback is golden and we always aim to get it right but if we don’t quite hit the mark then we really do want to know!

We have a 24 hour Cancellation Policy.
Less than 24 hours will result in a 50% of the total service.
No Shows will be charged 100% of total service.
